About
My training is in molecular genetics, having obtained a Masters degree in Human Molecular Genetics from Imperial College London in 2000, and a PhD in Behavioural Genetics from the SGDP, King’s College London in 2005. I joined the Dept. Psychological Sciences at Birkbeck University as a lecturer in 2010, where my research focus is identifying and understanding the mechanisms by which genetic (DNA sequence variation and gene expression) and epigenetic (DNA methylation) variation accounts for individual differences in behaviour during childhood and adolescence.
